Poverty and development are matters that many people have a view on but few have the time or appetite to explore. The underlying issues are important but never simple, and solutions are rarely straightforward. We strongly urge you to take time to explore the ideas that you will find on our website. Challenge our assumptions if you like (we hope you will) but also reflect on your own.

We live in a mad world. But this should not stop us from questioning injustice and inequality, nor from trying to bring a little sanity to those parts of the world that we can reach. Neither should madness stop us from showing compassion for those who, through no fault of their own, are excluded or marginalised from mainstream society.
